Karen and Bens Flaxton Gardens Wedding

Flaxton Gardens Wedding Photography
We LOVE Flaxton Gardens Weddings, and for Karen and Ben’s beautiful wedding day we began at the gorgeous Flaxton Grove Guest House, just 150m down the road from the beautiful Flaxton Gardens Wedding venue itself. The elegant guest house was the perfect choice for the couple as it was able to host both the bride and groom, their groomsmen and bridesmaids along with some of their close family and friends. The elegant grounds at Flaxton Grove also boasted beautiful manicured gardens, amazing Sunshine Coast Views and a pool and outdoor entertainment area! Being a two story home it was also easy to keep the beautiful couple from seeing each other get ready!
Karen and Ben were so relaxed as they were getting ready. They were easy going and stress free all day which made it so easy for them to enjoy their wedding day and shone through as their guests watched them become husband and wife!
There were so many beautiful moments shared between them and their guests along with some very special moments that started when they had an exchange of gifts before the ceremony. They both stood either side of one of the walls in the guest home so as to not see each other and held hands for a short period of time. Ben was already tearing up as he held his beautiful brides hand, soon this beautiful woman would be his wife. They read notes from each other and open some spacial gifts they had for each other. It was so sweet to see the love and commitment that these two shared. The bridesmaids were tearing up as they watched and Hannah, Ben’s sister shared a loving embrace with her big brother at the end, you could see the bond between brother and sister was strong.
The ceremony was just stunning. It overlooked the amazing Sunshine Coast view, of course taking place at the stunning Flaxton Gardens. The couple shared personal vows and there were many personal touches to their special wedding day including their gorgeous Dachshund Penny, who we were a little smitten with, the flower girl, Rhylee who was a darling and only 16 months, and their celebrant, who was one of Karens former primary school teachers. They also had guests who had travelled all the way from England to be there!
The weather was just beautiful – Blue sky and patches of white clouds all around. When we traveled just five minutes down the road from Flaxton Gardens for the final photos of the day with the newly married pair, we couldn’t have wished for a more amazing sunset, allowing us to capture some more romantic moments between the two. We are lucky enough to have access to a beautiful secret paddock that is within minutes from the Flaxton Gardens venue. It’s a very popular location for our brides and grooms and as you can see, I’m sure you know why! We think its pretty special!
We then returned to Flaxton Gardens for the couple and their bridal party to make their grand entrance. The night was an evening full of mouth watering food that just looked simply irresistible and tasted even better, speeches that were emotional, funny, heartfelt and allowed us to get to know this cute couple even more and of course lots of dancing! Karen and Ben sure made the most of their day mingling with guests, making sure they spent time with each table and then dancing the night away before leaving under a guard of honour made by their guests!
We were so honoured to capture your special Flaxton Gardens Wedding Day Karen and Ben, we wish you all the best in your future together!
Congratulations guys!
